How many exercise videos do I have to choose from?
Currently, Senior Wellness Club offers 18 videos with new videos each week!
How do I know which exercise level is right for me?
If you are new to exercise or have taken a break from a regular exercise routine for more than 6 months, I would try the beginner level and pay attention to how you feel. If you find it is too slow or too easy then try the next level up or a longer video. It is always better to begin slower and build yourself up. Remember, you are never too old to gain strength in your muscles!
I would like to start exercising but I have a hard time standing, what videos should I use?
Senior Wellness Club offers a variety of exercise videos that allows one to remain seated throughout the enitre routine. Remember, It is possible to gain strength, flexibility and agility while working out in a seated position.
How do I unsubscribe from your email list?

How do I know what videos to watch for gaining strength?
Each video includes a title and brief description of what is going to be targeted. For example, a video titled: "standing weights and cardio" will include a full-body strength training that will include some light aerobic activity. While another video titled
How long is each video?
The videos vary in length from 5 minutes up to 40 minutes. However, the length of the video does not determine the intensity, so please make sure you are at your appropriate level of exercise. For example, "5 minute free standing aerobics" would be an advanced level while
Can I get a full-body workout with just one video?
Absolutely! Senior Wellness Club offers full-body workout videos that include strength, cardio, stretching and even some balance work!
I would like my parent/grandparent to exercise but he/she has dementia is this webite appropriate?
Yes! Senior Wellness Club offers videos for people with dementia, we will focus on simple movements and stretches as well as, strengthening and cardio all while remaining seated. I highly recommend having someone present with your loved one if you are giving them weights or any other piece of exercise equipment.
Do I have to sign up to use the Youtube site?
Not at all, you can visit the Senior Wellness Club Youtube channel at any time! But signing up is free. It also helps me know how many people use this site.
